We send all our orders with the various major shipping partners such as DHL. Post.nl, DPD or UPS.

All orders are shipped insured, a safe thought if something goes wrong with your package.

Based on weight, volume and destination, the shipping rate is calculated automatically, you don’t have to worry about it.

Track your order online

Upon receipt of your payment we will start processing your order, we will offer it for shipment to your specified address within a maximum of 4 business days.

Once we have handed over the package with your order to one of our shipping partners you will receive an email with all the details to track the package online.

Damages

If possible, open the package immediately upon delivery, so that the delivery person can see that damage has occurred. Let him or her make a comment on the consignment note/customs document.

Your package is standard insured up to € 100, packages sent to the rest of the world are insured up to € 500.

Obviously we handle the damage you don’t have to worry about it, just keep in mind that, in terms of timeframe, we depend on the shipping partner for this.

Customs restrictions

We understand that you immediately want to order all those Dutch treats on our website.

However, please keep in mind the import regulations of the country of residence. It varies per country which products are allowed to be imported. Check this with your local customs office.

The Holland Shop is never responsible for goods confiscated by customs. In addition, The Holland Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the investigation into your package by customs.
