Add yourself: – 250 g chicken breast (diced) – 200 g green beans – 1 onion – 225 g pandan rice – 200 ml coconut milk – 2 tbsp Conimex wok oil Preparation: 1. Cook the rice. 2. Cut the onion in half rings, halve the green beans. 3. Precook the French beans approx. 5 min. 4. Fry the chicken cubes until golden brown in the wok oil. Then fry the onion for another 3 min. 5. Lower the heat, add the curry paste, coconut milk, 100 ml water and green beans. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer gently for 2-3 min. 6. Serve the curry with the cooked rice.
