This lovely cheese is full-bodied and creamy, with a slight crystallisation, a subtle nutty aroma and a hint of sweetness. The Rotterdamsche Oude cheese is perfect on a cheese board, but thanks to its excellent sliceability, it’s also ideal on a sandwich.
